Legal Question in Family Law in California

my ex and I have 2 daugthers 9 and 7..she has physical custody, but we both share custody of the girls. she is planning on moving out of state, what are my rights as the father..I pay child support and carry insurance on both girls.

we went to mediation this past frisday on the 20th. they told her that as long as her new husband has a job and a place to live he will allow them to go. and I could have them 1 month out of the year, I feel this is unfair.what can I do?..
