discrimination.iv been refuse by a temple in orange county to convertand base on my nationality they refuse to help me and they said im not wellcome to their temple and they force my jewish girlfriend to do abortion on 3 months old onborn baby .now the whloe situation trook me to deep depration and im not workoing and i need some help .do ihave case ?

Probably not. The First Amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees freedeom of religion. The constitution also guarantees the right to freedom of association. If they don't want you to be a part of their religion or association, you probably do not have a case. If, however, they are depriving you of housing or a job opportunity, you may or may have a case depending on the particular facts of your situation.
