Legal Question in Family Law in California

730 Eval.

How common is it for people to go to the same evaluator 4 times? We are on our 4th time, mom doesn't adhere to court order and has been counselor shopping for her child that we have custody of. This is the 4th 730 eval in 5 years. She doesn't get in trouble for anything just threatened. She hides the child from us for visitation and nothing happens. When is enough, enough? We have an attorney but nothing seems to help. There is minor's counsel, 2 therapists, 2 PhD's. Also mom calls CPS all the time but they call and say sorry to waste MY time and end up doing nothing to her.

Re: 730 Eval.

minor's counsel will have a lot of influence with the court. you might want to set an office consulation with your attorney to develop a new strategy.

No. Did you file for an OSC re violation of court order? Do you have a child support order in effect?
