730 Evaluation and More
My husband is going through a custody battle and a 730 evaluation has been ordered. Since it was ordered, his ex-wife has been very uncooperative with any additional parenting time for him. She has also not informed him of decisions that she has made on the child's behalf, and continues to not notify us of any extra-curricular events going on, so we can attend them. She was uncooperative before, but now it is much worse. Are these things that we can share with the evaluator? What type of things should we expect during this process? Thanks.

Re: 730 Evaluation and More
Yes, the items that you discussed should be discussed with the 730 evaluator. You should bring up all issues that you have concerning the child. Now is the time to bring them up. If you are having a 730 evaluation done, you should have legal representation that can tell you what to expect and what issues to raise. Further, it would sound as if you have some real problems and issues regarding the custody of the child. It sounds like you should have legal advice and representation. You may be creating more problems than you expect without representation. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
