Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm 18 and my girlfriend is 17. We've been together for 2 years and 3 months and just had our first baby. im currently living in my parents' home and I want to bring my new family together to care for the child and take responsibility. My girlfriend is willing to come live with me but her father will not allow it. he threatens to call the police if she attempts to stay over night. Can I be arrested or presented with charges? what can I do to keep my child and partner with me and not in a separate home?
