Family code Section 2336 provides for a default judgment, where one party does not appear and Judgment is entered against him/her. Parties to a Family Law case are required to comply with statutes that provide for a Declaration of Disclosure including an Income and Expense Declaration and a Schedule of Assets and Debts. Decl-Service of Final Discl is a notation that a Declaration regarding Service of the Final Declaration of Disclosure was filed.
