401k between spouses

I want to know how much will i get from my husband's 401k in case he withdraws it

You would receive 1/2 of the community property interest in the 401k. The community property interest is generally determined by dividing the number of years they were married and contributed into the 401k by the total number of years the 401k will have existed at retirement.
