Legal Question in Family Law in California
I had taken my 2 kids to my sisters house when I came back a couple of hours later she had told me that their dad had come to get them. Now it has been 3 months and he sitill wont let me see them and rarley talk to them and to top it off he moved and I dont know where he lives. what do I do?

I would suggest if there is a case of kidnapping that you contact the authorities immediately. If you haven't seen your children in 3 months I would consider that a kidnapping. The police will ask you however, why you've waited so long to report the abduction to the police.
