Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have 100% legal and physical custody of my children and My Ex has supervised visitation as mutually agreed upon and he has not seen or talked to our children since Easter Sunday of 2010. He has just recently gotten out of jail for the second time and has resurfaced and is demanding to see the children... Acting in the best interest of the children I do not think it is a good idea that he see or talk to the kids do to his involvement with drugs. Oh and he hasn't paid one dime in child support since our divorce in 2009.

Because your order states "supervised visitation as agreed upon" you do not have to let him see the kids if you think he is a danger to them. He may file an Order to Show Cause to modify visitation as you are not letting him see the kids and then you can explain your concerns to the judge. Good Luck.
