Legal Question in Family Law in California

In 2006 I lost custody due to substance abuse, after going to treatment and completing all court requests the 730 evaluation was complete and recommendations stated I would see my son 2 week days and every other weekend. We have been following those terms since April of 2008. The recommendation was never stamped by the judge. Recently my ex found out it was never stamped and feels he can automatically go back to original temporary order pending I follow instructions of the court (which I did) I had supervised visitation for a few months and then reunification began. Now my ex states if I do not agree to only seeing our son every other weekend he will make me go through supervised visitation again.
