2 Marriages
I married my second wife here in the states, while I am still married (separted from her 5 years) with my first in India, I filed for a divorce for the fisrt wife, is my marriage from the second still binding? or should I annul the second wife and marry her again?

You should remarry the second wife if you wish to continue with that marriage. You can get a confidential marriage certificate. These documents are not open to the public.
