Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a 5 month old child. We live in California with the father. I want to move back to Nevada with my family. Can I take the child with me and can I be forced to bring the child back, since baby is omly 5 months and no residency has been established.

It is a very unique situation without knowing where the child lives and the previous history because a court has jurisdiction after the child has lived there for six months. The court could require you to bring back the child but being so young I don't think that would likely happen.
