I HAVE A 6 MONTH OLD SON AND I HAVEN'T BEEN WITH THE FATHER SINCE APRIL 2010 I WAS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT. I LIVED WITH FATHER UNTIL JULY, HE KICKED ME OUT WHEN MY SON WAS 4.5 WEEKS OLD. HE DOESN'T GIVE ME MONEY HIS MOM DEPOSIT'S MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT SHE KEEPS THE DEPOSIT SLIPS. I ALSO HAVE THEM IN MY BANK FILE WITH HER HAND WRITING AND ONLY ONE WITH HS OVER THE WHOLE 6 MONTHS MY SON HAS BEEN ALIVE HE HAS GIVEN ME $397

so that's $61.17 A MONTH. HE HAS BARELY BEEN THERE FOR MY SON, TOTAL TIME HE HAS SPENT WITH HIM COMBINED 2 MONTHS. IT IS BETTER OFF MY SON DOESN'T KNOW HIS FATHER HE IS INTO DRUGS AND OTHER THINGS, I WANT HIM YO SIGN ALL RIGHTS OVER TO ME. HE IS 18 AND I AM 16

Your time periods do not seem to add up correctly. You have to be more careful and say "about" when you do not really know the date.

He is guilty of statutory rape and probably would be sent to jail if you reported the matter to the police. But if you demanded that he do something or otherwise you will get him put into jail could be considerred extortion. Being put into jail would probably be good for him as he might be able to kick his drug habit and learn the need to work hard.
