Can 6 months Mandatory Waiting Time be waived?

If we have a legal separation for 6 months before filing a divorce, the mandatory waiting time after filing can be waived?

No. The six month waiting period does not commence to run until the summons and petition for dissolution is served on the other spouse. This waiting cannot be waived.
