Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am currently 6 months pregnant and i was wondering if there is any possible way that i can fill out any paperwork or anything that can completely remove the father from any financial responsibility towards the baby. I was thinking about weather or not getting a paper notarized would be considered acceptable as a legal document?

There is no way to remove the father from responsibility for his child. That right belongs to the child, no you or the father, so neither of you can sign it away.
