Legal Question in Family Law in California
In 1978 i moved to california from michigan. Supreme court in bakersfield reset my payments to $200@ month plus $50@month on arrears of $10,000. I finally paid bakersfield in full. In 2012 michigan claims i still owe $84,000. How do i stop them taking my social security for the next 20 years.i dont have money to go to michigan and contest this.
