Legal Question in Family Law in California
1) What's the process for taking an ex-husband back to court to have a child support order modified based on 1) his increased income over past 8 years and 2) a significant reduction in his timeshare percentage?
2) At what age can a child decide they no longer want to follow the visitation schedule resulting in a reduced share for one parent?
