This alone does not preclude you from getting custody of your daughter. The Court will look at what is in your daughter's best interest. Several factors will be considered: who has been your daughter's primary caretaker, how long ago was the 5150, are you currently stable and receiving treatment, are you compliant with your treatment. You will need to provide the Court with evidence (a letter from your doctor) that you are stable and can care for your daughter.

Good Luck.
