50/50 Sons mom moving out of state

Will the courts let my sons mom move out of state with my son. Or will they let me keep him? I strongly disagree with the move.What would the courts typcally decide in this case. Also mom has moved many times in the same city. I on the other hand have lived in the same place for 4years of my sons 7year life she has moved every year. Plan to get a layer just need some answers so that I can sleep at night.

I just taught a seminar on move away cases. In most cases like yours a judge would not allow the child to move, but you have given only a few factors and there are many to be considered.
