50/50 Sons mom moving out of state

Will the courts let my sons mom move out of state with my son. Or will they let me keep him? I strongly disagree with the move.What would the courts typcally decide in this case. Also mom has moved many times in the same city. I on the other hand have lived in the same place for 4years of my sons 7year life she has moved every year. Plan to get a layer just need some answers so that I can sleep at night.

I just taught a seminar on move away cases. In most cases like yours a judge would not allow the child to move, but you have given only a few factors and there are many to be considered. You should retain an attorney who is familiar and experienced in this area, you have much to lose. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
