58,000 1st year to 24,000

can he go from making 58,000 to 24,000 in a year and take me back to court for visitation change,claiming he takes less work so he can spend more time with children.would a judge notice what his real intentions are?

Generally before a court will grant his request for lower payments, he will have to show that the change is reasonable. For example, if he was working 80 hours a week before the divorce and now only 40 so he can be with the kids, and his visitation warrants that he works that much less, it may be approved. However, if he earned 58,000 in about 40-50 hours a week and only sees the children on weekends, the court may take a dim view of his dropping hours.

Remind your ex that the money is not for you but for his kids.
