16 teen rights

my child is 16 teen she got pregnet i am serperate and my ex let her get pergnet during the weekend vists, i have proff. but now she wants to stay with her dad and he does'nt let me talk to her and he has'nt payed his child support he says becuse she is with him he does'nt pay. he talked he into staying with him and didnt go to court for custudy I have custudy rights during all this. my friend said my daughter has rights to stay with her dad with out court approval. and she is not in school i have her going to glendora school her dad wants me to release school records, do i have too?

The court order for custody is not made void by her decision to stay with her dad. However, the reality is you probably cannot force her to live with you. You should arrange to discuss her current situation with her and a counselor. You need to talk to her about the problem and possible solutions. The counselor can assist you in this discussion.
