Legal Question in Family Law in California

13 and visitation

For 10 years my daughter has been seeing her biological father's parents every other weekend. She is now 13 years old and does not want to visit anymore. There is a court order but her grandparents say they are fine with it. Her biological father now wants me to make her visit him instead. He has only been around for the last 5 years. Do I have to make her go? The court order does not refer to visitation for him just his parents.

Go for modification of the visitation order. Tell the court why you want it modified. Ask for minor's counsel.
