Legal Question in Family Law in California
In 2011 my wife was granted temporary child custody. In the custody hearing it stated we cannot travel (move) with the children without a written permission from the other parent or a court order to take the children out of the state of California. Without informing me or the courts she moved to Los Vegas, so she left them with one of her family members. I�m asking this question in order to find out what do I need to do in order to get my kids back?
