Legal Question in Family Law in California

i am 14 and will be 15 on july 22 i am in an open adoption and my birth mom would like to have more time with me is possable to get a legal agreement that i spend time with my birth mom now that she is in a good position to see me, and the only reason she gave me up for adoption was because at the time she was in a relationship with an abusive man who is now VERY far out of her life.

If your parents will agree, then yes you all can modify the open adoption agreement to provide for more time with you. When your birth mother put you up for adoption, however, she gave up all rights other than any reserved in the adoption agreement. So there is no way to force your parents to give her more time with you.
