can a 14 year old choose
I have been separated from my wife for two years. my 14 year old daughter stays with her mother the majority of the time but would like to come and live with me. can she choose where she wants to live? my wife and i have not filled any papers we are just separated on our own

You and your wife should discuss where your daughter will live and then make a mutual decision. If that is not possible the court may have to make the decision. Your daughter's wishes will be heard by the court, but will not be the deciding factor. The court will decide the custody issue based on the best interests of the child.
