Legal Question in Family Law in California

i have a 18 year old daughter left our home with just a note behind to tell me that she was moving in with some friends of mines home. what are my rights or do I just let her go, when my friend told my daughter that it was okay for her to move in without talking to me, daughter and i have not been getting along it will be a month tomorrow?

She is an adult and can make the decision where to live. You have no control over over her conduct, or where she lives. Improving your relationship with her is your only option now.
