I understand that your daughter is causing you issues, but pawning her off on another relative does not resolve the problem - just shuffles it around. I see it very often that it is very convenient for divorced parents to send the problem over to the other side of the fence. If your daughter needs help, I would suggest looking for professional help, and let her father know that this is going to be half his responsibility if the orders say as much. If your child support orders are silent on this matter, you could go to the Court and request them to make such an order. There are places out there that exist solely to help troubled teens straighten out. It just may require a little internet searching to find the right one for her, whether her problem is drugs, psychological, or something else. Good luck.
