Legal Question in Family Law in California

18 year old daughter ran back to mom judge ordered me to pay child support until 19 if she is full time student. Found out daughter is not in school. How can i take exwife back to court

You would file a motion or a request for order to terminate child support. You would need good proof that she was not in school. Truancy documentation would help.
