Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have a 2 year old little girl with my ex-husband whom is in the navy. we have been divorced for almost 2 years, however when he filed the papers he put down that he had 60% custody of out daughter. He told me that he was going to change that to 50/50. When we went in to the court house to finish the paperwork again he told me he would change that. I signed a paper stating that in January 2011 when he got out of the navy that he could move to NH with my daughter. At the time I though it was the best thing because of my work schedule and he told me that the schools were alot better out of state. I have now lost my job, and have been really regrading signing that paper in which was notarized. What would I need to do to get 50% custody and have that paper withdrawn to where he cant take her out of California? I have also offered to keep her during the days and nights so that hedidn't have to pay a babysitter and he will not let me. He will only let me have my daughter 3 days a week and he still wants her to be at the sitters during the day. I need help as to what I can do.
Thanks

You need to file an OSC to change the custody plan. You have to be able to show changed circumstances, but it sounds like you can.
