The courts set the times for visitation absent whether the parents can agree. It sounds as if full custody has been granted to your Mom. If dad wants more visits, his only recourse, assuming Mom does not want him to have more , is for dad to go to court and ask for a change. Only the court can grant this request if your mother will not voluntarily. You do have some say at your age. The court will want to know what you think. If he truly hassles you, you might very well want to get a restraining order against him. That is not a criminal issue, unless he violates the restraining order. Your father can take this issue to court. He can ask for more time, but he may or may not get it. He would have to have a good reason and you would be able to argue in court along with your mother why you would not agree.
