Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am a 23 year old male with 2 kids i have full custody of my oldest son but my youngest my x wife has full custody over. we at this time do not have any kind of court orderd child support arragngements. she has demanded me to pay her 300 dollars every 2 weeks. i only make about 600 every two weeks and i have rent and other bills to pay. my question to you is what is the amount that i should be paying for my youngest child who is now 1 on a monthly basis?

It is impossible to answer this kind of question without full income and expense declarations and asset disclosures. I also do not understand how you have an ex wife, and children, but no support orders. I've never heard of a court granting a divorce with no provision for custody and support orders.
