18 year old and past support

we have had primary custody of my step son since he was nine and is now 18. Mom was ordered to pay 63.00 per month support and never paid. Can we request all that money be put into trust for his benefit?

Sure, but why would you do that? Mother owes all the arrears, plus interest, to father, not child. Father can obviously do whatever he pleases with the money.

The mom is entitled to that money regardless of whether it is put into a trust or not.
