Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm a 19 year old receiving cash aid for both my kids ages 2 years old and 3weeks old if I'm still with the babies father but he doesn't work he going to college can they still charge him for child support we live in separate house holds how do I get him off child support if we still together but not married we live in different cities

You don't. He owes whatever the law says. Once you accept public aid, you cannot waive child support.
