Legal Question in Family Law in California

A 3 year restraining order was ordered by the judge for mother and child against the father. Does the father have visitation rights when going to court date to decide on child visitations, child support, alimony?

Depends on the terms of the restraining order, but in most cases it will preclude any visitation if the RO applies to the child as well as the mother.
