Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have 5 year r.o. and he gets 8 hrs. week visit. I stopped letting him see the kids b/c he was in a full blown manic episode (bipolar disorder)...he filed an OSC and b/c I didn't file to stop his visit. the judge reamed me for it and gave him back his 8 hrs. a week w/out supervision. He just got out from a 5150 hold.....
