Legal Question in Family Law in California

My 4 year old son is severly allergic to dog dander and has severe asthma and his father removes the dog he has in his home when our sons are there but brings the dog back when our sons come back to me and I need to know what can be done about this situation

If your son has an attack even though the dog isn't there, that may be enough to require visits to be at a place other than your Ex's house.
