my 14 year old step daughter wants to be legally adopted by me. birth mom won't consent. can daughter choose to sever birth mom in order to have me adopt her?

Does the divorce order between her father and her mother grant joint legal custody? If it does, then her father would have to move for sole legal custody. Contact me directly.
