was with someone 17years and never married my daughter lives with me and my son with him maybe once a month he spends time with my daughter and every time I want to see my son he is busy he is 17years old my daughter 13..my ex has always paid me $600 a month for my daughter because i dont make enough and had a verbal agreement that i dont need to pay for my son because he makes good money and lives with his mom..now he found out im living wiht my bf and said he wont pay me the $600 hundred he has been paying me for almost a year..what can i do??

If child support is no longer being paid voluntarily, you will need a court order for support. The Department of Child Support Services may be able to help you establish a court order for child support.
