Legal Question in Family Law in California

im 22 years old my sons mother is 26 years old about a year ago today we found out we were going to be blessed with a son. 4 months later she notifys me that my son died in the whomb. Soon after that she dissapears 8 monhs later she popz bak up in my life. she manages to go 2 more months without being honest. now shes telling me she gave him away to a friend. Ive never had the honor of meeting my SON or got a chance to hold him in my arms. she cant even show me a picture.nor will she give me any information on my SONS where abouts. She may not have been ready but she never gave me the chance to decide if i was. shes stolen my SON and my right to be his father. what can i do? theres a part of me missing sumwhere and only she knows where? How do i go about finding my son........??????????????????????

Please contact the police to assist in locating your son. File a paternity petition to establish you are the father of the child and a motion asking for sole legal and physical custody. The police and the family law courts will help you locate your child.
