Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a 14 yr old daughter living in CA. I have a support agreement with her mother, but no custody agreement. My daughter visits me in the summer and usually Christmas break. Her mother is becoming very difficult in allowing her to come and visit, only allowing maybe a 2 week visit in the summer and a few days in the winter. I am considering legal action. Will I most likely get a month in the summer and maybe some holidays? Will my daughter have a say in what happens?

Without knowing all the facts of the situation, starting with where you live, it is impossible to predict what the likely outcome of a legal proceeding for custody would be. All I can tell you with the little facts you give is that your daughter is old enough that her wishes will be a meaningful factor, but hardly the only factor, in a court decision on a custody schedule.
