Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have 15 1/2 yr daughter who no longer wants to visit dad. However, I have vist court order from 11 yrs ago. Do I still need to make her go?

You must try your best efforts to make her see her other parents. If it becomes a case where the child absolutely refuses and you are not going to be physically dragging her, then you should consider filing a modification with the court to see how the visitation schedule can be modified to accomodate the childs wishes. In the alternative, the court may order the parties to attend counseling to get at the root of why the child does not want to see her parent anymore.
