25 yr old living with parents-no rent-how to move him out

25 yr old lives w/ parents. Doesn't pay rent-quit job. Asked to leave and refuses. What options are available?

Give him a written 30 day notice. Then you can use the unlawful detainer procedure under

California Law. Or if you do not care about the law, just do like my Dad did and tell him there is a present waiting for him on the front porch. When he opens the front door kick him out, and lock the door behind him. This would be something he could theoretically sue for, but, you can tell him what my Dad said to me, "If you sue me, I will make things even worse for you."
