Legal Question in Family Law in California

i'm 34 yrs old and i've been living with my grandmother who has raised me since i was 7 yrs old. My Uncle her son has filed petition for probate conservator. My Grandmother has made it very clear she wants both of us to have her house when she passes. i was also told by her that it is stated in her will of this. He is making sure i get nothing and has exausted all of her savings on caregiving services so the only thing now that is left is the house. he has mentioned that he wants to do a reverse mortgage on the house to ensure that i get nothing when she passes. what rights do i really have? i can't afford a big attorney like he has. what would you advise me to do??

Get a job and move out. Inheritance is a privilege, it is not a right.
