Abadonment of home

My wife left our home in september of 2006. She left back to Puerto Rico. Can I file for Abadonment of home through the police department?

There is no such procedure. You can file in Superior Court for a dissolution of your marriage or a legal separation. You should talk to an attorney to discuss your legal rights and responsibilities. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
