abandontment divorce
I am a victim of domestic violence.I have had a restaining order in the past and spouse is now serving time in state Prison for 4or 5th Dui.I am disabled,unemployed. Does this entitle me to a abandonment Divorce (free)?

You should contact the local family court facilitator and ask about legal aid or how to get help from the facilitator. You can file a request for a fee waiver for the court fees. Also keep the restraining order in place even though he is in prison.
