abuse of discretion of judge
Did judge abuse discretion in ruling my motion to void a withdrawal of motion under duress did not fall under Calif. FC 2122? Did he do so when he sanctioned me for filing motion? Is $2500. mo child suport when dad earns 80k mo. with 12 % timeshare abuse of discretion?

Without knowing more facts, it sounds like abuse of discretion to me. Before you file an appeal, have the case reviewed thoroughly because you don't want to waste money if there is a large likelihood that you will not be successful.
