Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was abused by my husband i left my home with my children and filed a restraining order i was granted the temporary restraining order my but was denied the move out order because the judge believed i had moved out. I am homeless now moving from home to home the home is in my name i have custody of both of my children. what can i do my kids want to go home my court date for the permanent restraining order is 2 weeks away. Please help me?
