abusive live in daughter

adult daughter who lives at my home is

abusive(verbally) and keeps taking my

dog out of the house without my

consent for days. She is also a parole.

What can I do to protect myself.

Ask her parole officer to remove her from your home, and that you do not want her to return. If that does not result in her removal, then contact an attorney about obtaining a restraining order.

You could report the problem to her parole officer and ask them to move to another home. If that is not successful consult with an attorney about a domestic violence restraining order. Verbal abuse can be sufficient to support such a restraining order.
