Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I have access to a relatives will?

I think my sister and I have been cheated out of

our grandparents will. Is there anyway of veiwing

these documents. I live on the E. Coast. The will

is on the W. Coast. What are our rights? And how

do we go about finding out?

Thank you.

Re: Can I have access to a relatives will?

You should call the Surrogates Court where the will was probated. They will be able to provide you with a copy of the will. Also, if you have been cheated, any proceedings would need to be brought in the court which probated the will.
