Can I accuse my son's father or sexual abuse after 5 years since I was a minor at the time and he wasn't

You need to give us much more information. Why do you now want to accuss him? Is it for a child custody matter, criminal charges, was the abuse having normal sex or would the average woman feel it was abnormal, what was the age difference, did you object, etc.
